Policies
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours prior to date of rental, 50% refund if cancelled 24-48hrs prior to refund and zero refund if within 24hrs of date of rental.
Refunds processed 3-7 days to original payment method.
If we cancel due to weather conditions, you can reschedule for another day/time.
Rental Experience
Arrive 15min early, bring valid ID for driver. We will verify all documents have been signed, gather any extra life jackets for kids & someone will take your party down to the boat for orientation & departure.
We recommend bringing: sunscreen, towels, cooler, snacks, camera, and cash for fuel. All required safety equipment is provided.
Requirements
Must be 25 to rent a pontoon and 18 to rent a kayak or paddle boat.
No boating license require but recommended.
Damage & Liability
Security deposit of $300 held on pontoon boats.
$300.00
Boats are already insured. No additional details for renters.
Booking
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
