Common Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours prior to date of rental, 50% refund if cancelled 24-48hrs prior to refund and zero refund if within 24hrs of date of rental.
What is the check-in process?
Arrive 15min early, bring valid ID for driver. We will verify all documents have been signed, gather any extra life jackets for kids & someone will take your party down to the boat for orientation & departure.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing: sunscreen, towels, a cooler, snacks and drinks, a camera, and cash for fuel. All required safety equipment is provided.
How do refunds work?
Refunds processed 3-7 days to original payment method.
What if the rental is damaged?
Security deposit of $300 held on pontoon boats.
Are there age requirements?
Must be 25 to rent a pontoon and 18 to rent a kayak or paddle boat.
Do I need a license or certification?
No boating license require but recommended.
What happens if there's bad weather?
If we cancel due to weather conditions, you can reschedule for another day/time.
Where do I park?
Free parking available located by the fuel dock. You will be escorted down there & shown where to park.
Is there a security deposit?
